New Continent

Usually I write about new countries, but this time, I’m traveling to a new continent - Africa! Amanda and I have been planning this trip for over two years. And back in 2011 going into 2012, I experienced a new continent with her on our Patagonian adventure to Argentina and Chile. Similarly, we also celebrated the new year together as well. This time, we will be exploring South Africa and the bottom of that continent - just like we did in South America!

Today, we rendezvous-ed at Newark airport and after lunch in the Delta lounge, we headed to Atlanta first. We easily transferred and boarded our direct flight to Johannesburg. Here we are bracing ourselves for the 15 hour flight - South Africa here we come!
