Last Day in Singapore

February 13th - We woke up and went out for a western brunch at Robertson Quay where we ate along the water. We then headed back to Joe's and watched back to back the Bourne Identity and the Bourne Supremacy. These are Joe's favorite movies and I've never seen them. Also Joe bought a new TV with a blu-ray player which made the movies really life-like.

Then we went out for chili crab! Joe organized a big dinner for my last night in Singapore with some of his friends. The chili crab and the pepper crab were delicious. You use mantou to dip the sauce. We also had prawns and squid as well. Yummy!

After dinner, I headed to the airport. Not excited about being in the cold weather again, but it will be nice to be home.

Joe and Olive have been incredible hosts and I have enjoyed my time here. The most amazing parts were seeing and meeting Joe's friends and Olive's family. My experience was not touristy at all and truly genuine. This vacation was therefore very special.

See you all soon! I miss you! I'll be on a plane for 20 hours!
